Charts & Eligibility
How charts work during Phase 1 testing
Overview
- Phase 1 is local-only testing. Uploads stay on your device and are not published globally.
- Charts are placeholders + local previews to validate the UI and user flows.
- “Clean & Chart‑Eligible” is a self-attestation during testing and may be reviewed later in production.
What’s eligible
To be considered “chart-eligible” (now or later), content should be:
- Clean and family-friendly (no explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate/harassment, or illegal content).
- Original or properly licensed (music, video, artwork, voices, samples, and any third‑party assets).
- Accurately labeled (genre, creator name, and any badges used).
Badges
- Clean • AI: You indicate the release is clean and AI-generated or AI-assisted.
- Founding Creator: A beta recognition badge (cosmetic during Phase 1).
Badges may evolve. RhythmAI may remove or adjust badges to keep labels accurate and brand-safe.
Visibility & access
- Listeners can view charts and trending sections without uploading.
- Creators use upload to preview how their releases would display in trending/new-to-charts rows.
- During early public launch, RhythmAI may limit what free listeners can browse (example: top 10 vs. full list).
Charts are evolving
We may change ranking logic, time windows, eligibility rules, display layout, and anti-abuse checks at any time during beta.
