1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how RhythmAI (“RhythmAI,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the RhythmAI website and Phase 1 testing experience (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Local uploads and metadata (e.g., title, creator name, genre, cover art) entered into the upload modal. In Phase 1, these stay on your device.
- Support messages if you contact us (email content, attachments you send, and any diagnostic info you include).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and general usage events (for example, when pages load). Hosting providers may log standard request data.
- Cookies/local storage used to remember your local testing state (see Section 4).
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service (e.g., rendering UI state and local playback).
- To troubleshoot issues you report and improve the experience.
- To enforce clean, brand-safe testing rules and investigate misuse (when applicable).
4. Local storage & device data
Phase 1 uses browser storage to save your local test state (e.g., what you uploaded, cover art previews, and basic flags). This means:
- Clearing your browser data may remove your local test uploads and settings.
- We do not receive your MP3/MP4 files unless you explicitly send them to us for support.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure; please use caution when sharing files or personal information via email.
7. Children
The Service is intended for a general audience but is designed to be clean and family-friendly. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support and we will address it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves beyond Phase 1. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
9. Contact
